职位描述：
•； Reports to the CEO
•； Manage Quality for the whole site,
•； In accordance with France’s Headquarters quality system, he / she shall design Shanghai’s site quality system, with the support of local Department Managers.
•； Responsible internally for the quality system management, as well externally with our supplierssubcontractors.
•； Responsible for quality training for all the staff.
•； Responsible for designingenforcing continuous improvement tools,of their effective enforcement to guarantee the full mastering of our processes, coststimeliness as of customer requirements.
•； Measureanalyze customer’s satisfaction
•； Manage a team of local controllers.
职位要求：
•； Engineer degree
•； At least 3 years experience in the same position with an international company.
•； Acute knowledge of products quality standards for the related products (ISO, DIN,..), as well their Chinese GB counterpart.
•； Sounding knowledge of cold forming,products production processes.
•； Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of an ERP is preferred.
•； A good command of English language (writtenspoken) is necessary in order to keep substantial exchangesreporting with the Company’s Headquarters in France.
