职位描述：

1. Finds, selectsmaintains Asia-Pacific sources for supply of fastenersC parts based on company needs. Develop & manages the supplier basecontinuously searches for improvedor less costly suppliers.
2. Developimplement sourcing strategies for specific commodities. Negotiates priceterms with suppliers. Sign contract with suppliers .
3. Be responsible for suppliers’ performance in the areas of quality, reliability, engineering supportcosts .
4. Support internal sales to develop new clients as well as the strong support of headquarter ‘s sourcing team
5. Execute continuous cost reduction program .
6. Increase company’s inventory turn.

职位要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree with a major in engineering , materialrelated disciplineminimum of 2 years of working experiences in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier DevelopmentMaterial Control in the companies. Fastener industrial experience is a plus .
2. Excellent skills in English reading, writingspeaking
3. Initiative, independentself-motivated
4. Is able to travel frequently .
